Our Development Coaches are expert at objectively defining where your skills gaps really lay and more importantly, what skills you can leverage for max benefit to you and those around you. Then we get to building those skills, through harnessing past training or resources and applying them in your every day.

Executive Coaching works so well because you learn by applying, reviewing and applying again. You use the muscles to make them grow stronger. Your confidence grows along with your skill set.

Our Executive Coach programs are bespoke, rather than defined time periods. They start with assessments for objective direction setting and typically last from three to twelve months. Executive Coach pricing starts from $450 per session, dependent on the Coach and the length of program.

Gender Gap Gone Executive Coaches are generally in high demand, so you may need to wait some weeks to get a space in a diary. Programs are via video call with your webcam, so your coach effectively comes to you, with cost and time savings.

Michaela Betchley

BACKGROUND: Michaela is an executive coach and image consultant with specialist expertise in leadership development, talent management, career management and personal and professional branding. She has over 20 years global leadership experience in fast paced multi disciplinary organisations across banking, insurance, hospitality, retail and professional services. Michaela has a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges facing executives in today’s workplace.
